The receiving email address meets or exceeds the industry standard for password requirements and has 2FA implemented.

Kristinmckenna.ca will not be liable for any confidential information that is sent using a web form. This includes but is not limited to data that the users browser saves to their personal device.

If the user logs into the website, we then store the personal information that the user provides. The company can see this provided information. The user and website administrators of the company can see, edit, change, or delete this information at any time.

Agreement

The user agrees that information sent to the owner shall be stored for any length of time determined by the owner, until such a time that the user requests in writing for their personal information to be removed from the company.

How Information is Shared

Information submitted through the web forms on kristinmckenna.ca will not be shared with any third-party persons, except when required to do so by law or for the intent of legal counsel.

Metadata from your comment are stored indefinitely so that we can expediate the approval process next time you leave a comment.
